I've been shopping on ebay again!  The first pix is standard promo fare, the second shot appears to be from the Teen Choice Awards night (see G17 for more), the third is from the center spread poster in Buffy the Vampire Slayer Magazine Issue #8 and the last two are from the May 2000 issue of Slitz Magazine, a Swedish publication.
